KEVIN MIGNONE || FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
In 1998, at the age of 13, Kevin started KM Productions in his parent’s Long Island garage after continuously being denied access to the stage as a musician at bars due to his age. Kevin honed his techniques as a behind-the-scenes technician throughout New York, eventually earning his first big break in the event production world in 2006 when he, his father, and a local bar-back travelled to Miami to produce shows at the Winter Music Conference. Since then, Kevin has been the driving force behind KM's expansion into corporate, private and international events, in addition to concerts and festivals. Kevin also takes pride in working with a selection of non-profits to produce events that help raise funds and awareness for great causes.

JOHNATHAN GUE || PRODUCTION MANAGER
CJ Westcott || Rentals
What happens when you take a DJ to his first live concert? Well, for CJ, the talent on stage was lost, the focus was on the lighting rig, and the rest is history. From his early start as a DJ, to most recently working with one of the top lighting companies in the country for the last 8 years, his love for this business is endless. Pair that with his desire to go above for his clients and greatness will happen. When he isn't attending to his clients needs or "rocking a dance floor" (it's a DJ term), he can be found spending time with his wife Kelli and two children, Madison & Charlie.
